With 24/7 assistance hotline, we coordinate all necessary support services representing interface function in between patients and the hospitals. We assure all the communication between the contracted hospitals and Health Systems including medical record, codification, price validation, invoicing and payments.

Service Coordination tasks comprise
• Provision of a hotline 24 hours on seven days a week.
• Examination of the entitlement to benefits of the patients vis-à-vis TK
• Delegation of the patients to the nearest treatment facility
• Organisation of necessary transports by a rescue service.
• Glamhealth takes over the interface function between TK and the contracted hospitals.
• Main communication between the contracted hospitals and TK incl. provision of information, invoicing and enquiries on how to deal with individual cases is carried out via Glamhealth
